What an amazing place to stay! We arrived after a long days hiking to a beautifully appointed shepherds hut, with en suite, kitchenette and wood burner (to name a few things!). We had the best sleep and then had a continental breakfast provided, as an extra, by the hosts. Absolutely ideal. Would highly recommend

I stayed in the Willow glamping pod on Wed 03/06/2026 after walking 13 miles of the Coast to Coast from Ingleby Cross, and what a tonic this was. Showers cost £2 for 6 minutes, which is easily enough time with time spare just to enjoy the hot water. After the shower I retreated to the pod and cooked dinner (canned chilli with Tilda rice) on the one burner gas stove provided. This was a much cheaper option than having food delivered, and I had no car to drive anywhere. Washing up facilities with hot water are included and the pod itself is very comfortable. One thing I appreciated was the ambient lighting in the pod as I don’t like bright lights! After a lovely evening and great night’s sleep in the comfy crisp white linened bed I woke up to my delivery of continental breakfast (£8) and packed lunch (£8). Both were ample and very welcome. Departing at 10am feeling totally refreshed I had a natter to the lovely lady who runs the site and off I went for another fantastic day in the wilds of the North Yorkshire Moors. Brilliant place!
