Viaduct View
Moray
Cullen sits on Scotland's northeastern coast, a village of independent shops and cafés where the local speciality, Cullen skink, is worth seeking out. The beach lies a short walk away, and Elgin and Inverness are reachable for a day trip. Viaduct View is a semi-detached Grade B listed cottage right in the heart of the village, restored to retain original features including the steep staircase and low ceilings that characterise its age. The enclosed garden, split across multiple levels, looks toward the sea through the viaduct.
Three bedrooms sleep five: on the ground floor, one double and one single bed (the single is flexible sleeping space); upstairs, a second double and a third bedroom with two single beds. Downstairs there is one shower room. The living room has a woodburner with initial logs provided, a 40-inch Freeview TV and Now TV. The kitchen/dining room is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Essentials including Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are covered. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. One dog is welcome free of charge.
The property has steps in the garden and low doorways throughout; the steep staircase and narrow passages are features of the listed building's character. A bike store and on-road parking are provided. The pub and shops are within easy reach on foot, and the surrounding area offers many coastal walks.
