Dymchurch Beach

Absolutely fantastic holiday park!! I have children with ADHD and autism, this park Was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Having children with SEN needs is always difficult when going on holiday but the staff here were absolutely incredible from booking to leaving!. The park itself is big enough to give the children their space, but also gave the children the variety of activities that they need to keep them busy. The Entertainment staff were incredible, The lady in the shop on site was lovely, The reception staff were so friendly and helpful…. Especially Holly. I cannot praise this place enough. So much, so I am rebooking for next year. Thank you so much!! ⭐️

We booked weekend with kids. New beach park. Honestly area was great till we go inside the caravan 3 bedroom , I was shocked when I open the door caravan number (CV29) it was so dirty every room and living room was not even hover My partner have to sweep the caravan floor before we move in Later we go to bed and we find dirty socks, sheets never been change , so I rang the receptionist can we please change the caravan is to dirty or we leaving , his answer was drop the keys to the receptionist I was shocked how can treat like this Next morning a lady come from there office ask me what is the problem on very anger way ask me for some pictures If it was dirty. Seriously I need to prove , because she ask me for the picture I have to put one here to prove to her.

We had a wonderful experience at New Beach Holiday Park with my family. The caravan was clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This was my second time staying at a holiday park, and both experiences have been fantastic. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We have regularly hired the park for events across the year for the past 5 years and cannot thank them enough for what they do! Emma and the accommodation team for their consistent quality and upkeep of the vans! No request is ever too much for them, check in is always so efficient and the communication is always to clear! Shaun and the hospitality team always go above and beyond to provide the best service in both the ballroom and Neptunes. The cleanliness of the facilities is always top notch and we are so grateful for their time and efforts! Simon and the entire team for always making sure everything is top notch and always being so accommodating to us! PARK HOLIDAYS NEW BEACH YOU ARE THE BEST! Xx
