About Cwmorgan Camping
Pitch up on a patch at Cwmorgan Camping, a family-run working farm site in the Carmarthenshire countryside. While the private-feeling fields are free from animals, you'll spot chickens, cows and sheep grazing nearby, and you're well-placed for river walks, hilly hikes, cycling, beaches or some splash-worthy canoeing and kayaking – even coasteering on the Pembrokeshire coast, an hour's drive away.
Three fields offer a mix of flat and slightly sloping ground, with plenty of level plots to go around. Reserve a firepit for starlit evenings accompanied by foxes and owls, and make use of the site's pop-up facilities: clean, basic flushing toilets, sinks, a hot eco shower and dishwashing station. Be warned this is a remote spot with patchy phone reception (EE is best), so don't count on staying connected.
Newcastle Emlyn, ten minutes' drive, covers essentials including supermarkets, a chemist and two Indian restaurants, while Cardigan and Carmarthen (both half an hour) offer cinemas and chain dining.

What visitors say
Really beautiful campsite! Very quiet (apart from Sebastian the goose)-but he is also very lovely! Shane was so friendly and accommodating to us! Would 1000% come back and book directly through them rather than pitch up! Great park for children! Showers were very clean and a good pressure! Only £1 for 5 minutes which was great!

Great campsite, helpful staff, great facilities. Was busy enough but everyone respectful and quiet. Would definitely use again. Informed via email prior to arrival about showers costing a pound which was appreciated as it gave me notice to get cash

Stayed here for 4 nights but weather was bad and ended up staying an extra night so we can pack up in the dry. Shane and Bonnie went out there way to ensure we had a nice stay, campsite is beautifully kept and facilities immaculate. Also had car trouble on arrival and Shane lent us and help fix our car on the bank holiday Monday. Can’t ask for better hosts than that. Was lovely to see our children playing with other children in the evenings in the play park. Would recommend to families.
