Pelerine Caravan and Camping Site

Excellent camp site in a great location. One of the owners reminds me of Mrs Cakeworthy in many ways, especially her humour. Would go back just for that. They happily lent me a power cable so I could upgraded to a powered pitch. :)

Nice campsite, looks like it could get cramped in the high summer, but was fine when we were there. There is only one male and one female shower, but these were clean and nice to use. Location is noisier than I expected, the roads are busy all through the night it seems. Contacting the owners to book a pitch was very tricky, but managed to find them when we arrived on site and things were fine.

Hands down one of the best campsites I’ve visited. Such a friendly family who kindly helped me out when I stupidly left my air pump at home. Very peaceful campsite with great facilities. Looking forward to returning very soon 😊

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was just wonderful. It is everything you want from a camp site. The facilities are more than just immaculate, they have a charming and consistent theme. You feel like are on the continent. Every need is catered for - as well as possible in the post-pandemic era. All spaces are clean and safe. The pitches are large so you don't feel crammed in. The gardens are well thought-out, superbly maintained and just so pretty. The surrounding area offers the most beautiful walks through orchards and vineyards. I love to exlore so I rarely return anywhere but I probably will come back here.
