What visitors say
Amazing campsite. Stayed in July 2026. The facilities are fantastic, ample toilets/showers/sinks. A playground and pool, plus shop, laundarette, pub, and the most fantastic on-site café which is the best Ive ever experienced on a campsite with breakfast, barrista coffee, delishious mains incl. Steak, Calamari, Gyros and Pizza. So impressed with this site. It is also walkable to Newquay (approz 25mins) and easy drive to lots of local beaches and attractions. Everyone that works on-site are super friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to book our next trip.

3rd year of coming to this site. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The facilities are yes dated, BUT are spotless and well keep. The pool is an added bonus(just like being aboard, if you get the weather) the on site pub is cash only. However, the added joy to this year's stay is the new "cafe" owner, the food is top class, fresh and the young man running it is very pleasant. It's a 20 mins walk into the town. Electric, pool and a well keep site £33 pn to myself (on a budget) is well worth it. See you next year.

Camping trip with family nice quiet relaxing site. Close to Newquay beachs and short drive to Perranporth. Didn't use the facilities as this is base camp for beach days and activities but perfect for camping. As pitches are big enough not to be over crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Only rule was don't tail gate automatic barrier on entry or exit as system will either lock you in or out depending on which way you missed ANPR missed your vehicle.

The owners of this site are very unpleasant. They destroyed two bird nests in the night and when we complained they became very aggressive and threatening and threw us off the campsite. The showers were cold in the male blocks and nothing was done despite requesting, in fact the water seemed to get colder. There are also quite a few vans which seem to be permanent residents and the site didn't feel at all friendly. It's cheap but there's a reason for this.
