Charles House opens into a ground floor designed for gathering: a living room with a gas fire flows through to the dining room, and beyond that a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. There's also a conservatory that leads out to a terrace and garden. Upstairs, the first floor holds four bedrooms—three doubles and one double with an additional single—plus a family bathroom with a bath and separate toilet and an ensuite shower room. The fifth bedroom sits on the second floor with a double bed, two singles, and its own smart TV.

The property sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with essentials including bed linen, towels, wifi and central heating all covered. It sits within a mile of the coast near Largs, a short walk from the seafront promenade and town centre shops. On-road parking is available. The house does not permit smoking.
