Birchstone Cottage

Birchstone Cottage is a converted barn on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon, set within 16 acres of private grounds that slope down towards a valley. The property sleeps 10 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it suited to extended families or groups. One dog is welcome. The barn itself centres on a wood-burning stove, and there is a hot tub outside for evening use. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and the living spaces are arranged across the building's converted layout. The location is quiet and remote, but the North Devon coastline is within reach—Barricane Beach and Woolacombe are both accessible for a day out. The grounds themselves offer enough space for children to roam and explore without leaving the property. Smoking is not permitted inside.
