Fireside Cottage

Fireside Cottage comes ready to use: electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided, plus wifi for staying connected. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and a wood-burning stove warms the living space on cooler evenings. The two bedrooms and single bathroom sleep up to four people, making it suitable for small families or groups of friends sharing.

The cottage sits on a 16-acre estate in North Devon where six holiday homes are scattered across the grounds. Guests have access to a swimming pool on the property and walking trails that wind through the landscape—useful if you're bringing a dog, as one pet is welcome. The stone building retains character with exposed wooden beams throughout. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The North Devon coast is nearby, with Barricane and Woolacombe beaches within reach for swimming and coastal walks. The setting balances rural quietness with enough to do locally, whether that means exploring the shoreline or staying put to use the estate's own facilities. Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
