Baxter Barn

Baxter Barn is a converted rural building just outside Skipton, redesigned as a self-contained holiday home for up to four guests. The property occupies a single structure with parking for two cars on site and a patio with garden furniture. Smoking is not permitted.

Downstairs comprises a kitchen-diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; a main living room with electric woodburner and smart TV; and a second sitting room with a mezzanine reading area overlooking it. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link arrangement of single beds and ensuite shower, the other with a double bed and access to a shared jack-and-jill arrangement. One bathroom serves the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included; the heating is electric throughout.

The location suits anyone wanting a quiet base within reach of Skipton's market and shops, or to explore the surrounding countryside on foot. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than heating ready meals.
