Belle Vue

Belle Vue is a Victorian terraced property in Skipton, built from the character of that era but fitted out for modern living. The ground floor spreads across two reception rooms—a front living space with bay windows and a rear dining room, both with fireplaces—connected by an entrance hallway. The kitchen extension to the back is fully equipped to cook from, with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double (which converts to two singles on request) and one twin, plus a bathroom with both a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture offers a quiet place to sit. A separate outbuilding contains a washing machine, dryer and freezer. The house is a five-minute walk from Skipton town centre and its High Street; a pub is within a mile. One pet is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout. Note that there are two steps in the garden and one step to the entrance.
