Brens Barn

Brens Barn is a converted barn on Aiskew Bank Farm in North Yorkshire, set within 7 acres of paddocks and fields. The whole property is yours alone, arranged across a single ground floor with level access throughout. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and smart TV, sit alongside a shower room with a walk-in enclosure. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a dining zone that opens onto a courtyard, plus a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Entertainment and comfort are well covered. The 50-inch smart TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime; there's also an Amazon Echo. Electric underfloor heating keeps the barn warm in winter. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Outside, a front terrace and courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ provide space to sit and watch the fields. The farm has stabling and paddock available on request, plus secure storage for bikes and a horse trailer. Parking for two cars is on site. The Riverside Club is nearby for other activities. No smoking is permitted. Three steps lead into the courtyard, and a beck lies 550 yards away, accessed across a railway track.
