The ground floor holds the kitchen and main living room, where large windows frame views of the railway line. A second sitting room and bedroom with shower room occupy the lower ground level. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with doubles, and a bathroom with a slipper bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave are all here. Heating, hot water, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The property has an enclosed garden accessible from the lower ground floor, and a parking permit for the local car park is provided. No smoking throughout.
