Captains Rest

Captains Rest sleeps eight across four bedrooms spread between the main house and a detached annexe. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a woodburner, a second living space with Freeview TV, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link bed and one with singles. The annexe, accessed through the rear garden, contains a kingsize bedroom with its own shower room and TV, offering privacy for parents or guests who want their own space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and heating is provided throughout. Three bathrooms mean the morning routine works smoothly. The enclosed back garden has a patio, seating areas and space to move around, with parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog stays free. No smoking indoors.

You are minutes from Seahouses harbour and beach. The village has shops, restaurants and cafés, and activity options range from coastal walks to boat trips to the Farne Islands. Horse riding stables and an 18-hole golf course are nearby. Wifi and essentials like bed linen and towels are included.
