Seahouses harbour teams with fishing boats and seafood restaurants, and the beach is a minute's walk from Puffin Cottage. The village sits on Northumberland's Heritage Coast, where the cliffs and grassland stretch for miles in either direction—worth exploring by car or on foot. An 18-hole links golf course is nearby, as are the usual seaside amenities: pubs within yards, shops at the end of the street, and enough fish and chip shops to last you the week.
The cottage itself is a stone terrace tucked into a quiet courtyard in the old part of the village. Downstairs there is a living room with a woodburner, and a kitchen/dining room with a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, a double bedroom, another double, and a third bedroom with bunk beds sleep six in total. One bathroom with a cubicle shower serves the whole property. Parking for two cars is on site. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; heating is electric storage.
The cottage is yours alone for the duration of your stay. One dog can stay with you at no extra cost. No smoking inside.
