Strawberry Hill View

Strawberry Hill View is a contemporary detached house on the edge of Newton-by-the-Sea, built with space and light in mind. Ten guests fit comfortably across five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Ground floor holds three of these rooms—two with dressing areas—overlooking open countryside, while upstairs sits the main living area with full-height glazing that frames views across fields toward the sea and Beadnell Bay. A second lounge and a well-equipped kitchen with a walk-in larder complete the first floor.

The accommodation includes bed linen, towels, wifi, and electricity. A large enclosed garden with patio, decking and furniture provides outdoor space, and there is private parking for five cars. The property works equally well as a base for exploring the Heritage Coast or as a gathering place for families and friends who simply want countryside and coastal air. Smoking is not permitted inside.
