You're just off the Wherryman's Way, with eight circular walks for ramblers or cyclists, and Wheatfen Broad's nature reserve is a five-minute stroll if you're keen on birdwatching. Paddleboarding, canoeing and boating are all close by, and the farm's own shop stocks local produce, plus there's a café and patisserie for morning pastries. A swimming pool with showers is available to hire, subject to availability.
Pitches are spacious and off-grid, so expect a peaceful stay with just drinking water and a basic portable toilet on hand—amenities are simple, but the setting more than compensates. Dogs are welcome year-round, and waterside pubs serving real ale are five minutes' drive away. It's a small, unpretentious spot that puts you right in the thick of Norfolk's natural larder and landscape.

Love the atmosphere at Yare, staff are very friendly, one bedroom caravan we stay in is perfect for hubby & me & our cocker spaniel who settles in within minutes of arriving. Everywhere is clean & tidy, the food is outstanding 👌 along with a couple of drinks. Lovely walks all around site & into Burgh Castle ruins down to the broads. Amazing sunsets too. Lovely site to relax & unwind

Great for a break away. Entertainment not on as out of season, but the Boathouse was good. Staff very friendly. Had pizza delivery straight to caravan from Gorleston pizza, from a leaflet left at caravan. Was lovely.

Nice break away in our campervan. Quiet and relaxing. Had a lovely swim today in the indoor pool. Only four of us in there 😂

Lovely quiet caravan park, with clean well equipped and maintained facilities. A short walk away is a Roman Fort that is well worth a visit. Close to road networks for getting out and about. Supermarkets close by. Great yarmouth town centre and beach only 20 mind away. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back.
