this place is fab! we stayed here for just one night, but could have stayed forever. friendly and helpful stuff, clean amenities, huge area with lakes and meadows to get lost, great dog walks, a peacock resident, scenic views at river Trend, Newark closeby with amazing canal views, castle and pubs.

For american rv's you need to have a decent length black water flex pipe to reach the disposal. This time of year there is a very strong manure smell in the afternoon and evening. I think it is the farmer next door fertilising. Other than that the pitches are good size, the lake views are magic and it is very tranquil

It's OK. I couldn't get into the ladies area as the code didn't work When looking inside the info pack, there's another code on the back of the gents code. Needs to be made clearer. Also very dark area at toilet/washing up area.
