Heather and Malcolm gave us a warm welcome when we arrived after a long drive down. Malcolm is full of local knowledge and only to pleased to help with advice. Our room, although small, was immaculate and there are many tasteful touches throughout the B&B. Heather amd Malcolm have made a huge effort with the B&B, not like some of the dusty places we have stayed in. Oh and the cooked breakfast was superb too. We will be back in the future!!

Heather and Malcom made us feel very at ease straight away, they were very relaxed and friendly. The room was a little small, as was the ensuite, but it was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet at night we slept really well. If we visit Paignton again, we will definitely book again.

This is a great little B&B, very friendly welcoming staff, (couple). Good competitive prices in a really great location, two minutes to the beach and main high street. Very good location for busses and rail. Will be visiting again. 👍
