Lovely fitted out rooms and perfect location for town and beach . The hosts Diane & Tommy are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble. They provide lots of info on what to do locally. Feels like a home from home. I enjoyed it so much, I stayed an extra 4 days. I definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in the future.

From the moment we arrived Tommy and Diane made us feel welcome and at home .Amazing hosts! We had the deluxe King size room and was exceptional standard , very very clean ,great facilities and bed was the best i have ever slept in. Our breakfast was outstanding quality too. Beach ,train station are a 5 to 10 minute walk away ,so perfect location. Tommy and Diane are very knowledgeable of the area too so gave us great advice on places to visit and excursions to take too. We will certainly return and highly recommend. Thank you both for a most enjoyable holiday. Erica and Paul x

Spent another great weekend with friends in Paignton,with another stay at the Clydesdale Guest House with wonderful hosts Tommy and Diane. They really do go above and beyond to take care of our every need. Starting with a fabulous breakfast followed by tips on places to visit, local events taking place and the best places for food and drinks. The stay is always very comfortable and the rooms immaculate! Great location, just a short walk from the beach or the town. We're already looking forward to our next visit and another chance to be entertained by Tommy and Diane!

Diane and Tommy are just the nicest people!! Nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast is unbelievable! You can have everything you want basically, and if you leave the table hungry you've got a problem!! Lovely and quiet place, main street 10 minutes walk through a lovely park, just can't rate the place high enough. Going back next spring
