Recently stayed the weekend with my little girl. Best b&b I've stayed in down Paignton. Whole place is spotless, bed is super comfy. Stayed in a double room with separate bathroom, which was only just across the hall, bathroom has a lock 🔐 so no privacy issues. owner was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and kind to my little girl, even let her dogs out so my daughter could see them ❤️ will definitely be booking here again and look forward to our next visit ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well looked after — you can tell real care goes into the place. The room was clean, tidy, and cosy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay special. We were also kindly allowed a late check-out due to our train being delayed, which we were extremely grateful for — that level of kindness and understanding makes such a difference. We were genuinely happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Went there with my girlfriend for the weekend and arrived later than expected but was welcomed in when we were trying to find it and was very friendly. Had a great room and a pint of milk to make some drinks when we arrived. Definitely worth the stay and will be back again one day hopefully.

Brilliant little B&B where you are within easy reach of everything you could need. Hosts are full of knowledge as well as friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great, clean and spacious with a fridge as well as a kettle, tea, coffee and milk available.
