Just returned from our stay at Rosehill. Ideal location set in picturesque countryside with easy access to Pembrokeshire Coast. The site is quiet and well maintained, it hasn't many facilities which suited us. The caravan that we staid in was outstanding. Recommended.

We have stayed at this park on quite a few occasions under this owner and previous owners. Never again! On our last visit, August bank holiday weekend, we were moved caravans 3 times in 12 hours! The 1st caravan we unpacked, settled in and then was then told they had made a mistake and we had to move caravans. The accomadation we were moved to was utterly disgusting. It stank of smoke, was dirty, food from the previous occupants was left in the refrigerator and bread bin. The dishes in the cupboards had been put away dirty, glasses sticky and used and the saucepans and frying pans had baked on food on them! The window in the bathroom was broken and would not close, leaving a security risk. This accomadation was not fit for any human and they should be ashamed to try and grab money thinking it was acceptable to let people stay here. The owners of the site, Tom and Sarah are never available to assist, they leave the park in control of a family who struggle with organisation. On contacting Sarah and explaining my horror, she said we had been given a substantial refund. This is not true, we were given not a penny back for our ruined stay. It's such a shame because under the previous owners this was a lovely little park. Seems it's all about making money now, regardless of the customer experience. There are lots of other beautiful places to stay nearby, don't waste your holiday staying here.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY - DO NOT STAY - this place is aboslutely disgusting and the caravans have never been cleaned. There was mud all over the carpets, pubic hairs and wee stains on the toilet, beard trimmings on the sink, woodlice in the shower, snails on the wall and disgusting bedding that we don't know if it was cleaned. There was also a carrier bag cellotaped over the smoke alarm. We paid to stay four nights but left after two as this was the soonest wer were able to find alternative accomodation. We contacted the owner after our stay to complain and ask for our money back and he was most unhelpful and uncaring. This caravan park is dreadful and ruined our weekend away. The caretaker on site that is meant to do the cleaning doesn't understand how to clean and its atrotious that they charge people to stay in accomodation not fit for pigs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

PLEASE AVOID DONT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY. Paid extra to Stay in a dog caravan, presumably the extra money is to account for increased cleaning costs. The caravan we ended up in was another level of disgusting, we booked for 4 nights and managed to endure 2 because we couldnt find alternative accommodation at short notice, we then cut our weekend away short because we couldn’t stand to stay another second in filth. There was thick mud on the carpets, dead flies everywhere, live flies everywhere, dead wood lice in the shower, pubes on the toilet, urine stains on the toilet, hair around the sink, a snail in the bedroom and leftover food in the fridge. We told the staff about this to which they went in, cleaned the toilet and sink but left everything else just as disgusting, they obviously couldn’t care less about your comfort during your stay. We slept in our clothes because we didn’t trust the bed sheets were clean. When we got back we complained and asked for the money back for the nights we didn’t stay there, we were fobbed off and simply told that their staff have assured them the caravan was clean to their high standards, absolute rubbish, aside from the obvious unkept and filthy state in general, when we arrived there was an empty toilet roll on the holder in the toilet, surely this would be the first thing the staff would change as a minimum. We wouldn’t have stayed there if it were free if we had known how bad it was going to be, please don’t waste your money.
