Had a great time camping in the field. The toilet and shower facilities are lovely and clean! John is lovely to deal with and him and his wife have done a great job on the campsite. Would highly recommend

We’ve just spent an amazing week at John & Emma’s campsite, and I couldn’t be happier with our stay! Myself and the extended family booked four pitches, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The owners, John and Emma, were so welcoming and provided lots of useful information about local attractions and activities, making it really easy for us to explore the area. The campsite itself was peaceful and tranquil, offering the perfect escape. It felt completely safe for the kids to run around and enjoy their time outdoors, with plenty of space for them to play. The toilet facilities were spotless and well-maintained. We also appreciated the good WIFI coverage in the field, which was really handy for planning our days out. One of the highlights was the low light pollution—ideal for stargazing at night! It was such a treat to sit outside and enjoy the clear skies. Overall, this site was exactly what we were looking for—a relaxing and family-friendly place to stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-run campsite in the area.

We recently stayed at Field of Dreams whilst doing a week of green lanes in Wales and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. John was very friendly straight off the bat, and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even came out to help us cook our pizzas. Facilities were top notch and very clean and we had a very quiet peaceful sleep, will definitely be visiting again next year on our annual trip.

First of all let me start by saying John and Emma were amazing hosts. They catered to our needs and more, we felt comfortable and really enjoyed our three nights staying at this location. John went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of to make our stay special. The site was well maintained and the toilets are showers were by far the cleanest I have ever seen on any type of camp ground. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who wants complete peace and quiet. Five stars.
