Beach View is a three-storey terraced house in the Sunken Gardens area, a short walk from Port Talbot's beaches. The property sleeps seven across three bedrooms: a double and a bunk room on the top floor (the bunk beds are for children), another double on the first floor, and a single on the ground floor. Two bathrooms—one ensuite, one with a bath and shower—serve the bedrooms, with a separate toilet downstairs as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. The property has three distinct living spaces: a ground-floor living room, a first-floor sitting room with a 40-inch TV and Juliet balcony overlooking the beach, and a separate kitchen-diner. The front and rear gardens both have seating areas, and there is private parking for three cars on site. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The beaches lie just yards away; Sand Rabbit Bar & Grill is nearby, and the town itself is within easy reach.
