We had booked for a bday party. Earlier we had booked for 10 kids since thats the minimum number of kids they can book at a time and also we didn't have many respondees still. Gradually as time went on, we got more kids responding their confirmed attendence which later reached to 18. Subsequently BEFORE THE PARTY, we got a call from a gentleman from the management asking us whether our booking is confirmed and how many kids were coming. We informed him VERY CLEARLY that we will be expecting 20 kids which the gentleman acknowledged. Anyways on the day of the party, everything was going smoothly, the kids were having a fun blast meanwhile a staff showed me the table reserved for us to have the kids eat their food. At first I was sceptical since it was a small table. I assumed they will bring in extra chairs. This is the moment from which everything went horribly downhill. The food arrived much earlier than the kids which made me think whether it will remain hot when the kids arrive. When the kids arrived, literally 4 kids had to stand since there was no more place to sit. I could see on their faces that it was getting very awkward and embarassing for them and for us. We even asked some staff to get more chairs but unfortunately they won't eventhough they gave 1 chair but that wasn't enough. We asked whether they could accomodate those kids onto another section where there were tables but they straight away REFUSED saying they all are booked eventhough they were all vacant. It was getting so dreadful for us and especially for the kids since everyone was eating their food while some kids were standing and not able to have their food. To add salt to the wound, the parents of those kids were present there and I could see anger and frustration on their faces but they tried not to spill it out. They tried to adjust the kids on one side of the oval table. We were so much embarassed that we couldn't even celebrate the party properly. Luckily we got a huge cake and tried to calm down the parents. Unfortunately our worst nightmare as the party host happened as one of the girls who didn't get a seat earlier, was so much embarassed with all this situation that she left the party crying. It was the worst party ever that we had hosted. After such an embarassing and dreadful situation for everyone, they had the audacity to charge the whole amount not even thinking what we and the kids went through. We paid the whole amount, I guess they were not matured enough to understand what damage they have done to us especially the kids and were more concerned with earning profits. EVERYTHING IS NOT ABOUT MONEY. We asked to speak to the manager. We had a chat with her and she was not aware of our situation. We showed all the details to her. I applaud her for trying her best to console us and even handing us some coupons for the kids BUT THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY DONE. I requested the manager not to allow such situations to occur wherein one person's inadequacy proved a hellish moment for everyone. We decided not to host any party in this place anymore or even come for a time off with our kids simply bcoz of all the bad memories it will bring back to haunt us.

We went there today and when we were there it was closed for party or something my 2 kids were so upset and cried. They should have like notification online that they are going to be close cause I search and look online and their website before I come. At this day and age they should focus on their website and info they put and dont put online. I gave it 2 cause they’re still good otherwise but still we just dont have a choice cause this is the only indoor playground in the area

I'm not the person who has ever complained, but what I saw today really blew my mind! I have never seen such a dirty place for children! in another country it would have been closed a long time ago for hygienic and sanitary reasons. There are no rules here! no one cleans there, there is no limit of people, one big breeding ground for the plague and bacteria. I will never let my children go there again
