What a fantastic stay at this holiday park. Amazing welcome from Annette, Jim and Hugh. Facilities were spotless, scenery amazing, lovely walks. Homecooked food at The Galloway across from the park was very nice. Only downside we were only there for one night!

We had a lovely few days at Galloway Point Holiday Park. Our pitch had great views to Ireland and was very handy for the cliff top path to Portpatrick. Shower and toilet facilities were excellent and our visit all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed in our tourer for 3 nights. The shower and toilets are spotless, lots of hot water. The cubicles could do with a seat for changing. The park is well maintained and next to a lovely coastal path. Staff are great.

I remember staying at Galloway Point in 1980 as a child, and wanted to return 45 years later. I really didn’t remember anything about the park, other than the pub just outside the front entrance. We received a very friendly greeting upon arrival and were directed to our site which was a grass pitch with sea views. The pitch was quiet and spacious and just paces away from a walking track which took you into town or along the cliff top walk. Also just a very short stroll away (3 minutes of walking) are the ruins of the castle, which are great to explore. The bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean, and although we don’t have kids we could see that there is plenty to entertain younger visitors. There’s a play park with swings and slides, and a games room with arcade games. The pub just over the road has some great beer and food and a spectacular beer garden where you can enjoy the long summer evenings before walking back to your site. My only criticism is that there’s only one facilities block which is a fair walk from the Seaview camping sites. If a second facilities block could be built closer to those sites, the place would be faultless.
