After the negative response from the manager on my pitch up review my opinion on this place has gone more worse than before, you didn’t even say enjoy your stay, Little things like that make your customers want to come back again and make them feel welcome. And that’s for your rules it feels like you are camping Whilst being under a dictatorship. You can tell this something, not quite right about this place because the manager is “ Strongly disagreeing” With many customers reviews on their site. Customer service at this place needs more training. I’m not expecting you to get on your knees and worship me Your campsite, but it would’ve been nice for you to be more welcoming. Best wishes, Hope your manners improve.

Day 42, campsite 11 of our North Wales Road trip We stayed here for two nights out of season and found it to be good value for money. The site is basic but clean and well maintained — everything worked as expected. We didn’t try the showers as it was a bit too cold for outdoor ones, but the facilities overall seemed tidy. The field itself is flat, level, and well kept, with pitches clearly marked out. The only downside is that the pitches are quite narrow, so I can imagine it might feel a bit cramped when the site is full. We didn’t meet the owner, but everything was clearly organised — there was a folder with our pitch details, a site map, and the T&Cs, which made things easy. The only real negative was pitch allocation. There are 17 non-electric pitches, but all three short-stay guests were placed side by side on pitches 3, 4, and 5. When pitch 4 packed up and left at 3am, it woke us up — leaving a bit of space between short-stay guests - especially out of season - would have made more sense. Bit disappointed there was no recycling area, either pay for a bag or take it with you; which is very unusual. Charged for dogs - which I don't mind when there is a dedicated secure off lead area, but there wasn't. Overall though, a pleasant stay and great value if you’re after a simple, no-fuss campsite.

We got back from this campsite this evening we had a great weekend toilets and showers very clean and well maintained. (Don't know why people moan) Staff wear friendly there whatever you needed. Bar area was brilliant nice little set up and the food. Great location great value for money. As for the playground kids loved it and made the most of it. Great campsite and we will definitely stay again. Thank you all and keep doing what your doing. Take care

£20 per night sounded very reasonable A very put together odd site we only stayed the 1 night I Left £20 deposit for the electric £6 which was non refundable on leaving i was hit with a £23 charge for less than 12hrs electric i run exactly the same appliances at-home as my caravan and on my smart meter is around £1 to £1:50 per night I won't be returning and have found much better sites in electric for a lot cheaper im all for charity but daylight robbery is disgusting beware !!!
