Dale2Swale Glamping

Dale2Swale and honestly it was one of the best UK adventures we’ve done and not to far from us in Rotherham. The tent is well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely laid out. The scenery all the way through the Yorkshire Dales is absolutely stunning — proper postcard views everywhere you look. The route is really well thought out with a great mix of quiet lanes, trails, villages and open countryside. What made it stand out was how relaxed and welcoming it felt. Perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors, whether you’re walking, cycling or just looking for a unique escape from normal life. We stayed here with my 2 children and small dog. The owner greeted us and shown us ground and welcomed us with a cake as a welcome gift, which was nice. We enjoyed the bbq, outdoor fire pit and pizza oven. We woke early to start an indoor fire and listened to the thunder rolling over the moody skies. It felt special and cosy being warm inside with the kids listening to the rain. The kids enjoyed the cabin bed with was cosy and unique. We made loads of memories and already plan on booking here again. Highly recommend Dale2Swale if you want incredible scenery, fresh air and a proper Yorkshire experience.

Pretty perfect if you're after an amazing time in a secluded field! Tents are comfortable (went down to 2 degrees overnight so some preparation needed), well thought through and lots of thoughtful touches like extra lights, blankets and storage. Excellent location, lovely walk in to Richmond over a couple of miles and easy to get out into the Dales. And so much space! Brilliant to just let the kids run around outside, stop to watch the nearby wildlife then carry on. Chris is super friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable. Communication before and during was spot on, and he definitely made our stay perfect. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing glamping spot

Our stay here was fantastic!! Chris went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make the most of our 2 nights in Woodcock. The accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, there is space to relax inside and out and the bathroom is equivalent to any decent hotel! The surrounding area is beautiful and we were able to abandon our car and walk everywhere which was very welcome. I would highly recommend a stay at this site.

This place is a hidden gem, we stayed last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every minute, the scenery was out of this world, the Safari Tents are beautiful, there's everything in them you need, the beds were so comfy, if you're looking for a chilled peaceful weekend, this is definitely the place to go, we would highly recommend 😊.....and Chris is just the best host, so friendly and will be there in a flash if you needed anything ....we will definitely be returning......thanks again Chris 😊
