Millfields Caravan and Camping

A lovely, peaceful, and well-maintained campsite with huge, flat pitches. There are a couple of pubs just a short walk away, both serving great food. The area is perfect for beautiful walks, and Richmond is within walking distance—or you can easily catch a bus or drive if you prefer. Martin, the campsite owner, is extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. A fantastic place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

I'm not sure why this place has so many reviews complaining about the toilets/showers. They were super clean, smelled nice, there's a block either end of the campsite (which is a small site) so always one nearby. There were only 2 showers per gender so I suppose on really busy days there could be queues but it was always empty while we stayed. Lovely spot, nice little stream can access, was able to just show up, find our booked slot on the board and crack on. No need to faff with talking to owners and being shown around. Would definitely stay again. Nice 10 minute walk to a local pub too!

Lovely stay at millfield this weekend. It was our first time camping and it couldn't have been better. Fantastic customer service from the time we booked. The owners were non intrusive and very friendly when we did see them. A wonderful sized tidy pitch and clean facilities at both ends of the site with great showers. Over all a very peaceful site, no road noise just the beautiful sound of the running river. Ideally located for a walk into the village and the local pubs as well as a walk along the river. We cannot fault anything about the site and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful site, quite and relaxing. Close to village amenities. Felt welcome and the site is really clean. Other campers lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended
