Booked for my daughter and 5 of her friends - All 16. One of our party was running a little late, staff (Sasha i think) was very understanding and it wasn't a problem. The briefing gave the kids all the necessary details about the process which was great for anyone new to an escape room. The kids really enjoyed it, completed with 5 mins to spare! Was pretty easy to find, the website states the entrance is around the back. Accessible from East Street car park. Great bit of fun!

This was my first experience of an escape room. I was pleasantly surprised on how enjoyable it was and difficult some of the clues was. The first room was very dark and needed a little better lighting. Could use some maintenance.

This is an ok escape room, the rooms need a bit of fixing /updating but Sasha was our host and was amazing, we called to move our slot back slightly to the head office which wasn’t communicated with Sasha, but when we arrived she dealt with it with great professionalism and patience. Hopefully they can put some love back into the rooms!

I’ve done many escape rooms over the years and absolutely none have compared to this one, it’s located by some industrial bins. the worker seemed surprised to see us and had us wait for 15 minutes to prepare the room. the waiting room had flies and smelled mouldy/damp. The lock had the incorrect spelling on it and so we spent 10 minutes putting in a code that wouldn’t work and at the end were told “people aren’t great at locks and slip past letters” which i thought was an odd way to respond. We repeatedly asked what was wrong with the lock as we had the answer but it wouldn’t open and weren’t given any further assistance. It was poorly maintained plus the storyline was not properly explained. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially if this is your first experience of an escape room.
