We always book into the campsite for the weekend events. Check in always friendly, efficient and informative. Facilities are spotlessly clean and everywhere is well maintained. Staff are absolutely the heart of this place, always friendly, helpful and so so willing to help and assist whenever needed. We have built up a good rapport with these wonderful people who are the very ones that ensure we leave with a happy feeling. A big thank you to everyone. We love coming and the music is always brilliant and great fun entertainers too. This is definitely the place to come for a good time. Keep it up guys, we'll be rocking it up well into our twighlight years here.

I’ve been to two events this year. Both absolutely brilliant. The 80s and Caribbean events. The venue is flat which is good as I struggle badly with motability. Food is great, plenty of space to put my chair and just sit and relax to the event watching the family dancing. It’s not overpriced same prices for drinks pretty much as in town I would guess. Plenty of staff and parking and everyone was enjoying themselves. I’m grateful for the water station for free water that was great idea

I was at Hooton Lodge tonight to play bingo when my young granddaughter started with a massive nose bleed which Maddison the first aider delt with extremely efficiently and professionally, she stopped the bleed but within a few minutes it stared again and once again Maddison was straight there doing everything and anything to help so I would like to thankyou for all your help and professionalism while also trying to keep her calm , we can not thankyou enough, we really appreciate the fact that you went above and beyond to sort the situation out. What an amazing lady you are.

I recently stayed at this campsite with my son and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the very first Facebook message with the owner (who was actually away on holiday the weekend we stayed!) right through to the end of our visit, the service was outstanding. A special mention has to go to Mercedes, the manager, who was running the event and seemed to be everywhere at once making sure everyone was happy and everything was running smoothly. She is an absolute credit to the place. We had some high winds during our stay and she even kindly parked a van to help shield our pitch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and one we really appreciated. The bar staff, food vendors and residents were all friendly and welcoming, the facilities were spotless and we even loved the morning wake up calls from the cockerels! Keep up the amazing work guys, we’ll definitely be back!
