The Sherlock Holmes high tea experience, was just that, an experience! We didn't read the email and that was a mistake cuz from arrival the game starts. It is a table top puzzle that you talk through with your party. Which is exactly what we wanted. I do have to say it was some of the best high tea food we ever had, with the cakes and sandwiches being flavorful and memorable. Their selection of tea wasn't not vast but the ones they have pair perfectly with your treats. 10/10 would definitely do again!

This quest room is clearly designed for fans of the Sherlock TV series. The experience leans heavily on context videos featuring the original actors. While I enjoyed the TV series when it aired, I found this particular quest less exciting than I expected. To really appreciate it, I think you need to be a big fan. In my opinion, there was also too much extra information, which felt more distracting than helpful. The automatic hint system was frustrating — hints kept popping up without being requested. The overall quality wasn’t great either, and one of the puzzle machines was malfunctioning. Another downside was the distracting noises coming from the screens, and I could even hear sounds from other rooms running in parallel. I particularly didn’t like that photos of you inside Sherlock’s flat (taken before the quest) were only available for purchase. On the positive side, after the quest you do get access to a secret pub, which is a fun bonus. If you’re in a group of friends, that just want to spend time together in Sherlock Holmes themed environment, this quest room might be good choice for you.

We absolutely loved it here! We were so close to finish all the tasks, literally a minute away! It’s such an amazing experience! The escape room is fun with interesting and challenging puzzles! The staff is very welcoming! I loved the theme cocktails - interesting designs and taste! Would definitely come back again! A lovely way to celebrate my 20th bday! 🥳♥️

Great Sherlock Holmes experience in Shepherds Bush. A true live escape room experience with real-time indulgence. I don't want to be a spoil sport but it will take you aback even before you start the experience. Very nice staff and the coordinators who will make you feel welcoming. Every task finished will make you feel like a detective. Very nice private bar to have a few drinks. Reasonably priced and nice mix. We had the olives from the small bites section, and it was the best olives I ever had. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
