Craven Arms sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by some of Shropshire's most distinctive landscape. The Stiperstones and Clee Hills rise nearby, with Wenlock Edge a short drive away; walking routes start from the farmhouse itself. Ludlow, famous for its food scene, is within easy reach, as are Shrewsbury and the industrial heritage sites around Ironbridge. The smaller market towns of Church Stretton and Much Wenlock offer their own character, with independent shops and traditional pubs.

Colstey Farmhouse occupies its own farm and can sleep 16 across 8 bedrooms—four with kingsize beds and private shower rooms, one with a kingsize and separate toilet, two doubles sharing a bathroom, and one room with twin singles upstairs alongside a third living space. The lower ground floor holds a second kitchen and a games room; the ground floor has two living areas with woodburners, a dining room, and a principal kitchen. A private garden with patio and barbecue adjoins the property, along with a hot tub. Parking is provided for 5 cars on the driveway. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. No smoking throughout.
