Home Farm Holiday Centre - TA4

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday staying in two of the Bay View caravans, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were 9 of us altogether, and the caravan was spotlessly clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. There was so much to do on-site for both adults and children, including swimming, football, ping-pong tables, and a small park. The entertainment throughout the week was brilliant, with something for everyone – we particularly enjoyed the pub quiz, bingo, and the kids' disco. A special mention has to go to the Snack Shack attached to the bar. The food was absolutely excellent, always fresh and delicious. Such an excellent array of meals, from the main menu to their Specials Board which was different everytime we ate. We ate there three times during our stay and were impressed every time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our children – four teenagers and a six-year-old – had an amazing time exploring the site and especially loved the beach areas. It was wonderful to see them all entertained and enjoying themselves. Overall, this was a fabulous family holiday that created lots of special memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just returned from a week in a static caravan on site. Booked through Airbnb. Fabulous site with a really friendly pub on site. A 5 minute walk down onto the beach. (Please be aware it's a steep descent so may be hard for some) Dogs welcome on the beach and on site. The site was very quite when we went (outside school holidays). Each caravan is spaced to provide seclusion and privacy. Our van opened onto a beautiful grass meadow which was perfect for us. Great parking and well equipped van. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return again.

The most friendly site ever. Amazing staff, great access to the beach, lovely walks around the area and a swimming pool to ourselves most mornings. Great space for dog walks on site and, if you can time it right with the tide, then a fabulous walk to The Hood in Kilve for the best pub food.

Booked a 3 night break here for June. Having realised I'd made a mistake, I actually wanted to book Home Farm Holiday Park in Burnham I rang them immediately once I'd realised my mistake. I was told by the last who took my enquiry that a full refund would be issued. This morning I received a telephone call from a lady named Louise. I missed the call so a message was left. The message stated that a refund would be given minus a £15:00 admin fee. Now I fully understand that a person has to sit at the other end of a telephone, take the booking, process the payment etc. However, when I rang to cancel the booking she clearly said a full refund would be issued. I rang this afternoon to get the refund processed & spoke to Louise. All I can say she was the rudest person EVER! She was raising her voice to me whilst I was trying to explain the conversation yesterday. All I got was "I'm the boss!" She also said to check the email I received confirming the booking & it quite clearly stated that the DEPOSIT was non-refundable, that's great Louise, however I DID NOT receive any email to confirm my booking! The ONLY email I received to confirm a booking was from HOME FARM HOLIDAY PARK in BURNHAM! How am I meant to refer to details about a booking if I NEVER received an email regarding this? I DO NOT appreciate being spoken like I'm a 5 year old child. YES, I understand that your clerk made an error regarding me having a full refund, but surely you can understand MY error in that the 2 holidays are very similar in name that an error like mine can very easily be made! I WILL make sure that in future that I choose the correct Home Farm venue. However you can certainly guarantee I or my family WILL NEVER visit Home Farm Holiday Centre in Taunton!
