Merriman Lodge

Merriman Lodge is a three-bedroom house in the Somerset village of Street, sleeping up to six guests. Everything you need for self-catering is provided: electricity, gas heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with the initial fuel for the woodburner. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with parking for three cars on site.

The ground floor is laid out as one open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, making it straightforward to cook proper meals. A woodburner in the living area provides a focal point and warmth through cooler months. Two of the bedrooms contain zip-and-link super-kingsize beds that can be separated into single beds on request; the third has a double bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet.

Street is on the edge of the Somerset Levels, with Merriman Park Play Area nearby. No smoking is permitted inside.
