The Annexe at Russets is a self-contained ground-floor property attached to the owner's bungalow, sleeping three across one bedroom with zip-and-link beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Everything required for a stay is provided: the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine; the bathroom includes a bath with shower and heated towel rail; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. A cot and highchair are available if needed, and you'll find a welcome pack on arrival.
The annexe opens onto a small lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue, with private parking for one car on site. A few steps lead down into the garden. The location works well for exploring south Somerset and western Dorset: the Jurassic Coast towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton and West Bay are within reach, as is Exmoor National Park and the seaside resort of Minehead. Historic houses including Montacute, Hestercombe and Forde Abbey are nearby. The nearest pub and restaurant are 1½ miles away, with shops 5 miles distant. No smoking is permitted inside.
