This is a lovely campsite, we stayed here for a week as part of a University trip. The staff are so lovely and the facilities are excellent. There is a hut where you can sit on benches indoors, change your phones, a fridge and large freezer are also available. Plenty of toilets onsite, and the cold showers are brilliant in the summer. Would highly recommend

I stayed here for five nights over the bank holiday weekend at the end of May as a solo female. Felt safe the whole time, the owner was lovely and the whole place had a very laid-back vibe. Facilities were what you would expect from a back to basics campsite, One big washing up sink, separate ladies and gents, toilets, unisex cold showers, plenty of bins for rubbish and two huge fields where you can literally pitch up wherever you like. The whole site is quite exposed as I found out on my first night when the wind really picked up, and I thought my tent which had been secured with heavy duty tent pegs almost took off so worth bearing in mind if you are coming to bring some extra strong tent pegs. I will definitely return and recommend this place, it’s in a great location for seeing loads of different beaches in the area which I did, and I will definitely return.
