Almorah Hotel

Brilliant hotel. It's a wee bit of a walk from town but the hill people refer to was not as bad as anticipated. Breakfast was fantastic for such a small hotel. Very clean & great staff. There were lots of returning guests which tells you everything you need to know. The triple room had 2 bedrooms which was great. Toiletries supplied & good quality fluffy towels. Everything about the hotel screams quality & we were delighted with our stay & the value for money. We had a great holiday & hotel enhanced this.

This Hotel was spotlessly clean & cannot fault the young girl who served us @ Breakfast she was always polite & served us with a Smile That’s were the goods points end.The atmosphere in the b/fast room was strange we said Morning to other guests & not one answered us we thought ok This is not what we have experienced anywhere else The room was a King Double room no 5 large Room with Balcony with en-suite it was not particularly warm on Arrival in the room The Bed was Very Firm & didn’t suit my back we asked for a mattress topper They hadn’t got a mattress topper so I suggested if I could have a mattress quilt doubled up under the sheet which they did & I thanked them for it The walls in this room was so Thin you could hear everything in the next room no 6 Loud T.V & Snoring from the guests in there We enjoyed Jersey However this Hotel is one we didn’t enjoy & certainly wouldn’t stay again

I don't usually leave reviews but I give credit where it is due and this hotel is excellent. The hotel is a steady walk down into St. Helier. The room was spotlessly clean and checked over everyday. The staff are very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The choice at breakfast caters for every taste, the cooked breakfasts are a delight. The hotel has a beautiful sitting room to sit and relax in which leads onto a small sunny garden. The hotel is devine. Well worth a stay, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.A credit to the staff.

We booked 3 nights at the Almorah hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of St Helier. The room was spacious, clean with an en suite and a mini fridge. The owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us a little tour of the hotel when we arrived. Breakfast each morning was delicious and set us up for our day ahead. The walk into St Helier took 20/25 minutes but was easy enough. Would definitely stay again.
