What visitors say
Really enjoyed the film and the staff were lovely. Only small thing — the screens and toilets could've been a bit cleaner. Just a little more attention to that and it would be a perfect trip. Still a good experience overall

Tanya, was amazing helped us with our issues and looked after us. She was professional, polite and Helpful. The car park is free currently so that makes going easier. So more money on snacks. Thank you Tanya :)

The staff are friendly and toilets clean but the snacks/drinks are mildly overpriced and then there are the seats - these have to be the most uncomfortable cinema seats I've sat in. They are narrow, the paddings gone in some of them that you feel the springs. The plastic armrests really hurt your arms and they do not recline. I appreciate this is a smaller Cineworld cinema but is often busy and as a regular I would like to see the Cineworld in St Neots modernised with new seats - it's in desperate need of refurbishment. Please, please at least do something about the very uncomfortable seats.
