we celebrated our son's first Birthday and we had a great time! the staff did such a good job. was really easy and they helped us with everything! we were 50 people and everyone said they had a good time and they loved the place :) I can only give the 5 Stars

The place is in a constant state of disrepair. Despite how busy it is, they have made no improvements. Mold is hiding in every window, the cielling has been falling apart and now has a hole in it. The whole place was a icebox. Children at such a young age should be in a warm environment but it was close to 8 degrees inside. It was no different from being 6 degrees as it was outside. There was no regard to providing a safe service for children under the age of 5 What's even worse is the lack of health supervision. Covid and Cold have similar symptoms, plus one child had symptoms of croup. What's worse is that our daughter has a comprised immune system due to a condition, a cold is fine but anything else requires her to be admitted into hospital. Although soft play is a risk, to have the staff allow anyone, causing the spread of illness, is demonstrating negligence. The singular staff are even worse as the only staff member was sitting behind the counter, mostly on her phone. The facility is too neglected to be sitting their drinking a coffee from the menu. The stuffed toys and old speaker appeared to be coated in dust We hadn't been there in 6 months but to see no changes, and a worse state, to the place is heartbreaking and unacceptable. It needs another Health and Saftey check, especially for the children.

My daughter had her first birthday party here in November I couldn’t recommend the staff and space enough, they did everything possible to make the space work for my family and guests and our kids had the most amazing time! Thank you so much!!

I visited today with my two boys and my parents, since the change of ownership and found the set up was much better and more enjoyable. Replacing the bouncy castle with a soft play climbing set and slide was far more fun for my oldest boy to play with and having tables and chairs all the way down the side allows us adults to sit closer to the play area, which was great for me to be able to have my 11 month old, play on the floor whilst I could chat with my fellow guests and still be close enough to interact with him and the toys I had selected for him. The food was also enjoyable and reasonable prices in comparison to other soft play companies in the Basildon and Thurrock area.
