Arrived in restaurant and sign on entrance said wait to be seated, so stood & waited. Staff were walking around but no one came over, so walked up to staff to ask and was told to sit anywhere. I ordered fish and chips, which had before here and fish was big. This time, fish was quite small and came curled up on the plate (no photo) which means it was cooked skin down. I tried to flatten it, hence photo of the missing batter. Ordered a side of crispy chicken wings w/o sauce.. crispy yes but actual meat was very dry and tasted like they were recooked, not good. Fish itself tasted ok, but not very big, chips just basic cheap frozen ones. Pepper sauce tasted good though. I mentioned the fish issue to one of the servers but was told it's just what they receive. Disappointing meal and when relaxing having a post meal drink, staff hoovering around the tables where being sat, so felt under pressure to leave so they could finish cleaning.

Called in for some lunch on a Sunday. Plenty of disabled parking and parking spaces. Was greeted by a friendly member of staff who directed us to a table. With it being a Sunday, there were a lot of children in the bar. Some were on the pool table (don't agree with that in a bar, but that's personally personal opinion, due to them potentially damaging the table green). Speed of service was good. However food quality was very poor and I wouldn't visit again. Once complained of the state of the steak ordered was offered a free pint. Didn't even stay to take up the offer. I think there is a children's play area attached the bar at the side of the pub. (Didn't go in so I'm not sure how big that is). Exiting the car park was a little confusing, they kind of send you around in a big unnecessary circle and it's not clearly signposted

Used in conjunction with the Premier Inn next door. Standard pub food, not badly priced with helpful and charismatic staff. Pool table and machines available as well as a children's play area.

A lot of items out of stock but good food and service. You can enjoy starters such as nachos or cauliflower bites, fish and chips, ribs, juicy burgers, Carvery and amazing tasty desserts... Located in Yarm Road. Definitely worth a visit.
