A huge thank you to everyone at White Water Campsite for making our stay so memorable. We stayed here while taking on our 160-mile charity bike ride for the Bradley Lowery Foundation, and the support we received was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in what we were doing. Their kindness and encouragement gave us a real boost during such a demanding challenge, and we can’t thank them enough for helping us along the way. The campsite itself is fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and set in a beautiful location. It was the perfect place to relax, recover, and prepare for the next stage of our ride. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at White Water Campsite for their generosity and support of our fundraising efforts for the Bradley Lowery Foundation. It’s places and people like this that make a charity challenge even more special. We’d highly recommend White Water Campsite to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming place to stay. We hope to be back again in the future!

This is a fabulous site…. Definitely a big favourite and often visited by us….. the place is spotless and pitches great. The wardens are SO friendly too and helpful… There is a pub at the entrance either indoor outdoor seating…. You are right next to Tees barrage and river for long flat walks with tarmac pathways enjoyed by walkers cyclists etc… there are water kayaking clubs to watch and a friendly cafe Cooks Cafe on the river… short walk will take you to Asda and Stockton and a 3 minute drive to large Teeside retail park…… great access from A19 and not too far to drive to North Yorkshire moors and villages!!! We love it 🥰

What an amazing place to stay. All hard standing, clean and extremely well maintained grounds. - reception that sells essentials like milk, bread, canned drink and water and icecreams - toilet block with locking sink only rooms, showers and toilet cubicles (and plenty of) all maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. -laundrette - games room with pool and fooseball table, colorings, games books and tables and chairs - kids park - caravan wash - water, sewage points electricity and WiFi (only downside is the WiFi is £5 per day or £15 for 7 and for only one device and this really doesnt work where we were situated. You can get a little bit of mobile signal - choose your own pitch -Pot wash sinks - staff around all hours of the day for you if you need anything and all were very friendly and accommodating despite some of the other reviews I have seen Don't come here if youre a rowdy group with loud obnoxious kids (or adults for that matter) this is a respectable, lovely, quiet site with rules and respect. Its well maintained and taken care of and should be treated as such. We will 100% be back here with the kids and probably signing up to be caravan and motoring club members.

If you are looking for a convenient, high-quality stopover or a central base for a few days in Teesside, the White Water Park Caravan and Motorhome Club site is a top-notch choice. Located conveniently close to both the A1 and A19, it is incredibly accessible for anyone traveling north or south. It is a popular and busy site for good reason. As you would expect from a Club site, the standards are consistently high and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is situated right next to the Talpore Beefeater, which makes grabbing a stress-free dinner and a drink incredibly easy - especially after a long day of driving! You have everything you need within walking distance, including a local large supermarket for supplies and a beautiful nature reserve for a bit of fresh air or a walk. It's also right next to Tees railway yard, and as our name may indicate that's a big plus for any railway enthusiast. Whether you need a quick one-night stopover or a base to spend a few days exploring everything this area has to offer, it's a good choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and the surroundings, and we would definitely stay again.
