What visitors say
I am giving it 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We were there last week to watch the movie "Ready or not 2". We really enjoyed the movie. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Place was clean and presentable. Seats comfortable & also like the Nachos. Sound quality was great. Thank you Cineworld for giving us the wonderful experiences. Highly recommended for all movie lovers.

First time visiting Cineworld at Hanley as usually I go to Odeon at the Trafford Centre or Vue in Newcastle. Clean cinema with comfy seating. Had an early afternoon screening of ‘Masters of the Universe’ which was well worth the money. Online prices were very cheap and straight forward to book, along with seat allocation. Staff were polite and helpful, making it an overall enjoyable experience. Will definitely return to Cineworld again

I visited here for the first time today and overall I was fairly satisfied. The seats were comfortable and everything was clean. It was quiet. The only complaint I had was about the ladies toilets. I went in there to use them and several of the cubicles had broken locks.

I’m going to be brutally honest: the staff were fantastic, but the cinema itself is a mixed bag. I'll be waking up with a bad back tomorrow thanks to a broken seat that was permanently stuck in 'recline' mode. After an hour of the wooden support digging into my spine, I gave up and scavenged for another empty seat. I only stayed put that long because the booking map showed the screening was sold out. Great team on shift, but the upholstery needs serious maintenance.
