What visitors say
We bowled tonight at Ten Pin Stoke for our Kwanzaa Collective social event. Service was brilliant. We were served by Michelle who was lovely. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had the Cuddle on the Beach pitcher-amazing value for money. Shout out to Dave Darks the manager. Tuesday are brilliant as it’s half price galore.

We come to bowling all the time and it's usually a great experience, but the main issue we had this time was the staff. The bowling was fun, the drinks were cold, the air con was great and the arcade was enjoyable but when we were cashing in our tickets at the machine, a member of staff came over to us and told us to put the tickets in the machine properly so that it doesn't break. I understand you don't want the machine to break, but we were doing it properly and we felt accused of something we didn't do. They also spoke in a rude tone to us which made us feel unwelcome and ruined that part of our experience. When we went up to the counter to get our prize, we asked if there was anything we could get other than sweets and the same member of staff told us we could only get one pixel duck when we saw we were able to get two with the amount of tickets that we had. In the end we didn't want to sound like we were being needy so we gave in to the sweets. They spoke to us in a unplolite tone once again and did not use manners at all. Overall, it was an exciting day but we wish certain staff would learn respect. We are sorry if there has been any confusion but in our eyes we wish we were treated a bit better.

Summary : Great Bowling Place, fun arcade and not bad pricing. The long version : The bowlings simple to understand, good balls with different weights and sizes and the alleys are nice and the atmosphere is great. Only issue was the camera on ours didn't work and staff did not tell us about it before but wasn't too much of a issue so we didn't call for anyone. My friend I was with said cameras not working was a reoccurring issue. The arcade had alot of variety and I especially loved the Pool which was only £2 a play so was definitely something I had to try and the pool is all great no issues. Didn't try any food so can't comment.

Yesterday we had such a positive experience here. My toddler had a fall outside, and I rushed in to ask if they had a first aid kit. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for how kind and helpful they were. One team member made my son a slushy and brought over a toy to distract him, while another gently cleaned him up and put plasters on his cuts. They were incredibly accommodating, caring, and went above and beyond to help us during a stressful moment. We didn’t even end up bowling, but their kindness really stood out and meant a lot to us.
