Fantastic place my kids love it. We visited on the 17th for the Santa Grotto experience and from beginning to end it was magical. Tables laid out with a letter from Santa and festive cookie for each child and even a mince pie for me. Santa came to Greet the group as a collective and then went to his grotto where he would take time to meet with each family individually. In the meantime kids got to play in the role play areas, my kids particularly loving the ride on/in vehicles. When it was our turn to see Santa, my little one didn't want to stop his play so threw a little tantrum. Everyone was patient though and worked around the children until they were ready. When calm enough we were warmily welcomed and Santa took time to talk to my kids about what they like. Each child was given a bag of Reindeer foods, sweets and a personalised santa stop here door hanger as a present. We got lots of photos in the grotto which was beautifully decorated and really made it a magical experience for all. The experience ended with a group festive story and a Merry Christmas wish for all. Highly recommend The little big town both at Christmas and throughout the year, it truly is a place where kids flourish.

Such an incredibly creative and fun place to bring your children. I sat and enjoyed delicious cakes and coffee from their café while my 4-yr old daughter played non-stop make-believe at each of the thoughtful designed ‘role play’ areas. We will be coming back ... a lot!!

I have been twice now with my 9month old and she loves it! There are lots of toys and games to play in a very clean and safe environment. We took her today with her older (9 years old) cousin and they were both entertained and engaged the whole session. The menu is well thought out so there is something for all ages to enjoy, a nice cup of coffee for the grown-ups too! The session closes with a story, a lovely touch.

I have visited The little big town a good few times now with my 4 and 1 year old and I can't fault the place. The different role play areas are fantastic and well thought out. The sessions are 90 minutes long and my little ones play for the full time without getting bored at all as there is so much to do. The food menu is great for the little ones and the jacket potatoes are lovely. There is a good selection of treats to buy too like homemade cakes. I also love that all the table corners have soft protectors on them for that peace of mind. It's always very clean and the ladies there are lovely and always go the extra mile for their customers. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children!
