Stratford-on-Avon

Stratford-on-Avon's Shakespeare heritage, half-timbered streets and riverside walks lie within easy reach of New Inn House, which sits on the edge of open countryside looking towards the Cotswolds. The town itself rewards a day's wandering, and the broader region—with its market towns, stately homes and walking routes—is there to explore when you want to venture further.
This is a substantial property sleeping 10 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, arranged over two floors. The ground floor holds a living room with woodburner and TV, a dining room with pool table, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch; the first floor has the remaining bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Bed linen and wifi are included. The house stands on nearly 5 acres with south-facing terraces, garden furniture and a barbecue area. In summer—from May Bank Holiday through mid-September—guests have use of a heated outdoor pool with diving board and slide, plus a tennis court. Children will find a play area with trampoline, swings and slide. Parking for eight cars sits on the property. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house does not accommodate hen or stag parties, and smoking is not permitted inside.
