What visitors say
Went to view a possible new permanent home. The person who spoke to me was rude and not interested in showing us around. Was simply told number 2 and number 69 were possibly available but he then said that he thinks they may be sold. Very disappointing service. I felt he was more interested in getting back to continuing his conversation he was having with another couple. They have missed out on a cash buyer.

Its a fine place to live, as i do. Management are fine people. Except its advertising as Swimming pool which i would love to have in summer. No Bar ? Which doesn't bother me ? Beer in fridge if i want it. This site is great would love swimming pool to be back in order though,,,,, i do pay ground rent saying it was there on site ? But it isn't so hence a diminished ground rent,,,,,,, no Bar either 🤔no personel in reception have to phone up to receive Gas bottles and Electricity. Its quite crazy it works yes, shouldn't be like this ? I live ere ? All seems a bit Weird

Been a while since I visited here last, hope to come soon though. We stayed on the tourer part of the site which the 2 pitches that are there have there own private toilet and shower room. Which we thought was amazing. The pool was lovely and so was the location, so close to the main road but you wouldn't know it.

Arriving at beach farm I was less then warmly greeted, its not a holiday park its a residental park. Although some of the residents are lovely others are annoyed by where you park your car as they have to go to work the next day, not what you expect on your holiday! Don't be fooled by the website the park is two swings a slide and a se-saw, the bar not open if you would like to use the facilities you have to ask the management, the pool is not heated and if you have children be careful as a few caravens over look the pool, and the last thing you want is a resident overlooking the pool waving at your children with a cigarette hanging out their mouth!!! You can see the fast food restaurant from the windows of your holiday home and its open until 12am!!!! The caravan itself contained 1 wine glass only, bent culturally, the last holidays children toys, loom bands babies bibs and rubbish behind the sofas, public hair on the beds and in the showers!!! would not stay again!!!! Pakefield is lovely though!
