We have had a leisure home here at Priory Park on Monks Meadow since 2012 and we love coming here and everything about the place. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is immaculately kept with plenty of facilities. Great staff and lovely neighbours.

Beautiful residential location for the over 50s. Lovely houses with a nice selection of styles. The community there seems very welcoming and there are residents events held thru out the year including picnics and the like. Lovely surroundings, the Orwell Park only a short walk away and the scenic Nacton shores within a 10 min stroll. Well maintained site, set away from the A14 which dramatically reduces the noise level from the road. Swimming pool (heated) and a golf course are on site alongside a cafe/clubhouse. Worth considering if you are of 'that age' and would like to settle somewhere quiet and scenic but also away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Lovely day so good to be sitting outside and socially distanced. Table service was excellent with food delivered quickly and piping hot. So a totally good experience all round.
