Stayed at suffolk sands . The caravan was nice enough. Noise from the docks at night.. but not enough to be a real problem. Absolutely nothing to do on site, but was reassured the sister park would make up for it. Went there and found just a pool and a show bar there which didnt open till 12. Was a 20 minute walk away. Nothing to do so didnt stay for it to open. Not the entertainment on offer we expected. Expected shops / amusements and more tbh Tv signal in the caravan was in and out,with very few channels and WiFi would cost £15 for 3 nights. Wouldn't return again! If you want peace and quiet and relaxation this place is utterly perfect. For a family with children though its quite boring!

I booked a Gold pet friendly caravan at Felixstowe Beach & initially, due to a mix up, we were put in a Silver, I made a complaint & the staff dealt with it without issue & placed me in Suffolk Sands Park instead which was 2 minutes drive away. It could have been easy for me to complain but because the staff were so friendly & efficient we got a Gold Caravan as requested, which was beautiful right next to the beach. There was even a knocking sound that disrupted our sleep but when I contacted reception, they sent a maintenance team to investigate & they resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The issues weren't perfect but the service & willingness to resolve them more than made up for it. Fantastic service from Felixstowe Beach & Exceptional service from Suffolk Sands. I've just booked again & looking forward to going back. No pressure Suffolk Sands 😉

Lovely and peaceful unlike the London traffic and sirens is all u hear here it woz lovely 8 days in me mates caravan down the beach bankholiday weekend really enjoyed it the dog love it to

Very nice holiday homes. Very nice for a single person or couple. Not recommending a six people sleep in a sixth birth, Unless very small people.
