Meadows Farm Annex

Meadows Farm Annex is a recently renovated single-storey annexe set on a working farm in Gorseinon. The whole property is yours alone—one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas on the ground floor. Everything is on one level, with just two steps to the entrance. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob for cooking proper meals; the living area has a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and heating keeps the space warm in winter.

Outside there is parking for one car and a private front garden. One dog or cat can stay free of charge. The annexe sits in countryside close to both Gorseinon village and the wider attractions of Swansea—the Gower Peninsula beaches are a short drive away, as are Penllergaer Valley Woods for walking and Oxwich Bay for a day by the sea. Swansea city centre offers shops, restaurants and museums including the National Waterfront Museum. The WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre is nearby for birdwatching and nature walks. The farm itself has paddocks if you are travelling with horses. No smoking indoors.
